Reception Manager for Apart-Hotel

We are looking for a passionate receptionist for our small seasonal business in Lech am Arlberg. The Apart-Hotel Laurus is a renowned hotel in the upscale vacation hotel sector. Situated in a breathtaking setting, our hotel offers guests exclusive comfort and first-class service in both the summer and winter seasons. We pride ourselves on providing our guests with unforgettable experiences and first-class hospitality and we are looking for a dedicated leader.

Your tasks

You will be responsible for managing the reception desk.

  • Management and organization of the reception desk
  • Ensuring smooth operations at reception and in the front office area
  • Looking after guests and ensuring the highest quality of service
  • Check-in and check-out of guests
  • Responding to inquiries, reservations and complaints
  • Responsibility for managing and developing the team
  • Monitoring bookings, availability and room reservations
  • Working closely with other departments to ensure seamless service
  • Ensuring compliance with company standards and policies

Your focus is on increasing occupancy and planning processes You maintain close contact with guests, employees and external partners and work together with the management on innovative offers.

Requirements

We are looking for a person with

  • several years of experience in the hotel industry, preferably in the area of reception or guest service
  • strong leadership qualities and experience in managing staff
  • excellent communication and organizational skills
  • a high level of customer orientation and service orientation
  • resilience and the ability to work professionally under pressure
  • Knowledge of hotel software and reservation systems is an advantage
  • German and English language skills as well as good writing and communication skills
  • Hands-on mentality and entrepreneurial thinking
  • Passion to inspire guests
