Housekeeping Manager (m/f/d)

• Management, motivation, and professional development of our housekeeping team, which consists of between 7 and 9 employees depending on the season
• Organization and coordination of daily work processes
• Active involvement in day-to-day operations
• Monitoring and ensuring our high standards of quality and hygiene
• Room and suite inspections, as well as maintenance of common areas
• Work Schedule and Vacation Planning
• Orientation for new employees and trainees
• Responsibility for laundry management, cleaning supplies, and work materials
• Close collaboration with the front desk, facilities management, the spa, and food and beverage
• Ensuring that everything runs smoothly, even on particularly busy days

• Several years of experience in hotel housekeeping or a similar position
• First-time management responsibility or experience as a deputy is required
• Enjoyment in motivating people and achieving goals together
• A hands-on approach and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get to work
• A strong commitment to quality and responsibility
• Organizational skills and a structured approach to work
• Reliability, resilience, and flexibility
• A neat appearance and a friendly demeanor
• Proficiency in German and English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
