• You speak German fluently 
• High school diploma (Abitur), vocational college entrance qualification, or equivalent qualification
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is required; depending on your prior experience, an internship may be necessary

Important to know: For a dual degree program in partnership with our hotel, an internship of at least three months is required. This gives both you and us the opportunity to ensure that the job description, the degree program, and our hotel are truly a good fit for you.

Since the program begins in October and initially consists of six months of theory, it’s particularly helpful if you’ve already gained some practical experience. This will allow you to better understand the material and directly connect what you’ve learned with your own experiences. At the same time, it’s important to us that you feel comfortable working in a team—after all, ideally, we’ll be supporting you throughout the entire three-year program.
