For our family-run hotel, we’re looking for a Housekeeping Team Leader (m/f/d) who not only organizes but also pitches in alongside the team.
Requirements
Your responsibilities with us:
- Working in housekeeping
- Working in our laundry
- Inspecting rooms and public areas
- Responsibility for the housekeeping team
- Scheduling and team assignments in coordination with the front desk
- Inventory management and ordering of cleaning supplies and consumables
- Training and supporting new team members
What you should bring to the table:
- Experience in housekeeping—ideally with some leadership experience
- Organizational skills and a sense of personal responsibility
- Accuracy and an eye for detail
- Enjoyment of teamwork
- A hands-on attitude
- Language skills

Here's what we offer:
- 5-day workweek → €1,850 net
- 6-day workweek → €2,300 net

- Staff room for only €100 per month

- Plus 13th and 14th month salaries and tips (all hotel tips are fairly divided among all employees)
