Childcare Coordinator (m/f/d)

Your future responsibilities will include: assisting in all areas of child care, creating the duty roster, developing the children’s program for the various age groups, working with the team to train new employees, placing orders in a timely manner and within budget,   

You will lead the team and focus on the following key responsibilities: Coordinating workflows, challenging and developing staff skills, conducting performance reviews (feedback, goal-setting discussions, etc.), leading team meetings, coordinating all operations in the childcare area, and interacting with parents (young and older guests). What we’re looking for: Expertise in early childhood education, experience in a leadership role, a professional and confident demeanor, excellent German and English language skills, strong communication skills and clear expression, a sense of responsibility and reliability, flexibility, awareness of your role as a role model in your leadership position, enthusiasm, strong organizational skills, understanding and empathy when interacting with children, parents, and the team.
