Are you looking for a magical mission where you turn every day into an adventure for our little guests? In the heart of the Zillertal, the Hintertuxerhof is looking for an inspiring manager for our childcare, who not only has games and fun in their luggage, but also a large portion of warmth and organizational talent.
Your realm of wonders extends over:
- 2 playrooms with 20-50 children every day - sometimes up to 65 fun-seeking guests in high season.
- childcare, which takes our youngest guests from the age of 2 into a world of fun and games every day from 9:00 to 21:00.
- a loving babysitting service, which takes the very youngest (from 6 months to their 2nd birthday) into our caring hands from 9.00 am to 4.00 pm.
As the chief play and fun creator, you will:
Wield the sceptre of creativity to create unforgettable activities and experiences for our little guests.
Lead, motivate and train a team of play and fun creators to create the best memories for our guests.
Build and strengthen the bridge of trust between parents, children and the childcare team.
Ensure the smooth running of our childcare with organizational skills and a touch of magic.
Requirements
What you should pack in your luggage:
A huge heart for children and an endless imagination for games, stories and adventures.
Experience in childcare and in leading a team that you will look after like your most precious treasure.
An education in the field of pedagogy, education or a comparable qualification.
The ability to master the small and big challenges of everyday life with a smile on your face and love in your heart.

Offer
What we offer you:
- Versatile and varied work
- Full-time/option of 6 or 5-day week as a year-round or seasonal position
- Also possible as a part-time position
- Free board and lodging (€ 100,- rent for a 5-day week)
- Starting salary: from € 2,100 net for a 6-day week (51 hours) and from € 1,750 net for a 5-day week (42.5 hours) (+ € 200 if no staff room is required)
- plus 13th and 14th salary and tips (all hotel tips are divided fairly among all employees)
