Your mission in the reception gang:
- Price architect: you create offers and prices with ASA / Brandnamic (MIA) / Tramino for our guests as well as for meetings, groups and events - ensuring full reservation books.
- Channel manager: You maintain our channel management, coordinate prices and allotments and ensure availability on OTAs.
- Communication ace: You communicate with our guests and external partners such as tour operators, event organizers and OTAs - reliably and charmingly.
- Doer with vision: You get stuck in, take responsibility and contribute new ideas - to further develop and optimize your team
- Reporter: You report directly to the reception manager.
Requirements
What you bring to the family:
- Hotel business in your blood: You have completed training in the hotel business and have experience in reservations and sales.
- Calm in a storm: Even when things get stressful - you stay calm and keep an overview.
- Sales talent: You have a good sense of what suits our guests - and turn inquiries into experiences. With charm and enthusiasm, you convince without any sales phrases.
- Team player with heart: You know that you can only be strong together.
- A sense of style: For you, a well-groomed appearance is just as important as a professional demeanor.
