Your mission:
- Drinks Master: In our RoCo Bar, you’ll prepare cocktails, spirits, and other drinks with passion and serve them with a smile.
- Host Mission at the Bar: You’ll oversee the entire bar and lounge area and ensure our guests have an unforgettable experience.
- Creative Mind and Salesperson: You’ll develop new concept ideas for the bar and actively cross-sell to offer guests that extra something special.
- Jack-of-all-trades: You operate the POS system and assist the bar manager when needed or help out with service—true teamwork!
- Focus on hygiene: Cleanliness and hygiene are important to you—your bar is always well-maintained and inviting.
Requirements
What you bring to the table:
- Passion for the bar: You’re enthusiastic about your job and love pampering guests.
- Experience and expertise: Completed vocational training is ideal, but your passion and creativity are more important.
- Strong organizational skills: You have an eye for detail and work responsibly and independently.
- Small Talk Pro: With your talent for casual conversation, you create a cozy atmosphere where guests feel at home. Your positive energy and smile keep our guests coming back.
