Restaurant Manager (m/f/d)

What you bring to the table:

• Completed training in the restaurant or hotel industry
• Work experience in a leadership position 
• Excellent knowledge of wine; sommelier experience is a plus
• Organizational skills 
• Teamwork and Leadership Skills
• Creativity and a Spirit of Innovation
• Languages: You have a very good command of German and English.

Your responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility for the food service operations of our restaurants 
• Ensuring and further developing high standards of service quality 
• Leadership, training, and motivation of the entire restaurant team
• Creating and Monitoring Work Schedules
• Planning and implementing marketing and sales initiatives to increase revenue
