For our Q Dinner Club (an Asian fusion restaurant in the town center) , we are looking for a sushi chef (m/f/d) who can create unforgettable dining experiences with precision, a passion for ingredients, and a commitment to perfection.

Your Mission

You're not "just" part of the kitchen—you're the heart of precision:

• You'll be in charge of the sushi station: rice preparation, filleting & aging, nigiri/maki/sashimi, and signature rolls.
• You ensure the quality and appearance of every single piece—with an eye for detail and cutting-edge technology.
• You will coordinate mise en place, orders, and inventory management (fish/seafood), and work closely with the kitchen team.
• You live and breathe hygiene and HACCP—fully documented.
• You'll contribute your creativity to the menu, specials, and pairings—working closely with the kitchen management team

What You Bring to the Table

• Extensive experience as a sushi chef (high-end/hotel/gourmet) – confident knife skills and product knowledge are a given.
• Precision, cleanliness, speed—even when things get stressful.
• Team spirit, reliability, and a sense of responsibility.
• Friendliness, a positive attitude, and a desire for personal growth.
• Proficiency in German or English.
