Restaurant Manager (m/f/d)

As a restaurant manager, you and your team will ensure that service runs smoothly in our restaurant (for boarding guests only—no à la carte) and will provide our guests with a culinary experience of the highest quality. You have a talent for sales and organization and possess strong leadership skills. You have a warm personality, are resilient, open-minded, and flexible. Active participation in breakfast and dinner service across the various departments, as well as managing your own station, is required. With your experience and expertise, you’ll advise our discerning guests and be the perfect host. In addition, you ensure compliance with our hotel’s quality standards and applicable hygiene regulations. You embody these service standards and pass them on to your team.
