• Leading, motivating, and organizing our service team
• Responsibility for ensuring everything runs smoothly throughout the restaurant and service areas
• Creating and coordinating shift schedules
• Ensuring our service and quality standards are met
• Actively participating in daily service time and again, because you like to be right in the thick of things rather than just standing on the sidelines
• Caring for our guests and handling their requests professionally
• Working closely with other departments
• Organizing and coordinating breakfast, full board, and events/conferences
• Contributing to inventory management, ordering, and the ongoing optimization of our processes

What You Bring to the Table

You have completed an apprenticeship in the food service or hospitality industry and have several years of experience in customer service, ideally including a leadership role.

But what matters most to us is the right personality:

You can lead and motivate people, keep a clear head even when things get busy, and roll up your sleeves to help out. You work in an organized and independent manner, are reliable, and have a knack for connecting with guests and staff.
