Description
We are looking for a dedicated restaurant manager
Your tasks -management, motivation and training of the service team -reception and care of our guests with aplomb, charm and cordiality -ensuring a smooth process in the entire service area -compliance with HACCP guidelines and control of checklists and quality standards -responsibility for the wine and beverage stock -conducting daily service briefings and regular training sessions
What you should bring with you:-Completed training in the hotel or catering industry-Professional experience in the upscale hotel or catering industry-Very good German and English skills-Strong sense of responsibility and quality awareness-Organizational talent, vision and resilience-Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork-Founded knowledge of wine and beverages; completed sommelier training is an advantage
