Your tasksEnsuringand monitoring cleanliness in our rooms and suites as well as in all public areasConscientious implementation and monitoring of our quality and hygiene standardsLeading, motivating and training the floor team in close cooperation with our governessReceiving and fulfilling individual guest requestsResponsible processing of laundry orders and checking stocksManaging and documenting lost propertyContributing to a smooth process in the entire housekeeping department What you should bring with youProfessional experiencein housekeeping, ideally in the hotel industrySpecial affinity for cleanliness, tidiness and attention to detailVery good knowledge of hygiene regulations and cleaning agentsManagement skills and enjoy working with a teamImpeccable German and good written and spoken English skillsReliability, ability to work in a team, ability to work under pressure and flexibilityOrganizational talent, sense of responsibility and high service orientation
