We are looking for a motivated restaurant manager (m/f/d) for our half-board restaurant at the Hotel Bellevue, which is connected via an underground passage.
Your Qualifications
- A completed training program in the hotel or restaurant industry, as well as initial professional experience in a similar position.
- A passion for exceptional hospitality, as well as a strong affinity for cuisine, wine, and high-quality service.
- Leadership skills, a sense of responsibility, and an independent, structured approach to work.
- In-depth expertise in restaurant service, as well as a strong commitment to quality and hygiene.
- A keen sense of our guests' needs and a confident, service-oriented demeanor.
- Warmth, strong communication skills, team spirit, and a passion for motivating and developing employees.
- Initiative, dedication, and the motivation to continuously improve processes and service quality.
- Excellent command of German and English; knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus.

Your Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and organization of our half-board restaurant
- You will lead, motivate, and coordinate your service team and create work schedules
- They ensure that day-to-day operations run smoothly and guarantee the highest quality of service.
- You will provide excellent service and delight our guests during breakfast and dinner service, ensuring a first-class dining experience.
- They provide expert advice on food, beverages, and wine pairings and actively share their passion for cuisine and wine.
- They work with management to continuously improve the restaurant offerings.
- You are responsible for ensuring that inventory is recorded correctly, that merchandise is handled with care, and that all quality, safety, and hygiene standards are met.
- You will work closely with the kitchen, F&B management, the front desk, and hotel management, and foster open, cross-departmental collaboration.
- With your exceptional hospitality and sales skills, you will play a key role in the restaurant’s financial success.

A minimum salary above the collective bargaining agreement is guaranteed for this position. The exact amount depends on qualifications and experienceand will be discussed during a personal interview. Start date: November 2026
