Your qualifications

• Successfully completed hotel or restaurant specialist training
• First experience in the upscale gastronomy or hotel industry
• Initial management experience an advantage
• Good knowledge of food, wine & spirits
• Passionate host with a passion for individual guest care
• Team spirit and helpfulness
• Open to new challenges and willing to constantly develop further
• Good knowledge of German and English

Your tasks

• Ensuring a flawless service process
• Supporting the Maître and deputizing for him in his absence
• Supporting activities for wine consulting and wine service
• Planning and implementation of employee training

Good to know

A salary of at least EUR 2,500 net per month is planned for this position. An overpayment is possible depending on qualifications and experience and will be discussed in a personal interview.
