Privatbrauerei Hirt GmbH is a medium-sized, owner-managed private company in Central Carinthia with high quality standards. We are currently looking for: Service Manager for the Hirter Braukeller (m/f/d) full-time, year-round position The Hirter Braukeller is a tradition-conscious à la carte establishment with a focus on Austrian cuisine and echoes of the Alps-Adriatic region. Our guests and employees appreciate our genuine passion for regionality and sustainability. To strengthen our dynamic team, we are looking for a dedicated service manager on a full-time basis at the earliest possible date.
Requirements
Responsibilities
- Representation of the management in the restaurant
- Ordering according to supplier agreement
- Active participation in the training of apprentices and new employees
- Authority to issue instructions and duty of care to subordinate employees
- Preparation of duty rosters in consultation with the management
- Together with our service team, you will assume operational responsibility for day-to-day business and for ensuring that service runs smoothly
- Managing and actively selling lottery and tobacconist offers, including billing
- Management of the reservation book and reservations by e-mail
- Management of the cash register system with daily billing
- Guest host with genuine passion and competence
- Organization and implementation of events, weddings and various celebrations
- Compliance, control and training of quality standards, hygiene regulations
and safety regulations
- Contributing new ideas, trends and creativity
