We are looking for a Restaurant Manager (m/f/d) who has the charm, organizational talent and sense of responsibility to ensure that our breakfast and evening service is a real pleasure.
In this key position, you are a motivator, coach and role model for a 6-person service team and, together with the host family, ensure a service culture at the highest level. You will not work alone, but hand in hand with us and the other departments - because at Barbarahof, real teamwork counts.
Requirements
✨ What we want from you:
- Professional experience in service, ideally already with management responsibility
- A passion for hospitality, service quality and attention to detail
- Positive charisma, team spirit and enjoyment of joint development
- Willingness to take on responsibility and actively help shape standards
- Enjoyment of wine advice, guest communication and professional appearance
- Organizational talent and ability to work under pressure - even in intensive phases
- Respectful interaction with guests and colleagues is a matter of course for you
💡 Your tasks at a glance:
- Management and motivation of the service team (approx. 6 people)
- Ensuring the smooth running of breakfast and evening service (half board)
- Training and further development of your employees
- Support with duty rosters (in cooperation with the management)
- Active wine advice and recommendations
- Co-organization of events & culinary highlights
We are therefore looking for someone who not only has experience in service, but also a genuine enthusiasm for hospitality!
Your area of responsibility will be varied and full of responsibility: you will lead and motivate our service team, ensure that breakfast and dinner run smoothly and provide cordial, competent guest care.
