You are the first voice on the phone, the first smile at check-in, and the common thread that makes our guests’ stay an unforgettable experience. As a receptionist (m/f/d), you are the heart of our hotel and ensure that our guests feel welcome, cared for, and well looked after from the very first moment.At the Hotel Barbarahof in Saalbach-Hinterglemm, you can expect a varied and responsible role in a family-like environment with plenty of room for initiative and professional growth. Working as part of a team, you’ll ensure that everything runs smoothly at the front desk, that guests enjoy an unforgettable vacation, and that they leave delighted!
✨ Your responsibilities with us:
- Checking guests in and out, as well as providing professional guest service
- Serving as the point of contact for requests, questions, and individual concerns
- Receiving and processing inquiries and reservations
- Handling phone and email correspondence in German and English
- Working closely with all departments to ensure a perfect stay
Requirements

✅ What you should bring to the table:
- Experience working at a hotel front desk or in a similar position
- Good German and English skills (additional languages are a plus)
- Proficiency with hotel software and MS Office
- Enjoy working with guests and have a strong service orientation
- Ability to work under pressure, work well in a team, and work independently
- A positive outlook on life
