The following background would be a good fit:

  • Completed vocational training as a restaurant specialist or comparable training
  • Several years of professional experience in the upscale hotel or restaurant industry
  • Experience in leading, guiding, or training employees and interns
  • In-depth expertise in wine, cuisine, and high-end service culture
  • Understanding of operations in upscale half-board settings

Your Responsibilities:

  • Acting as an active host for our guests
  • Managing restaurant operations and the entire service team
  • Onboarding and ongoing training of employees and interns
  • Creating work schedules in compliance with legal regulations
  • Responsibility for the bar and beverage inventory
  • Daily menu review with the team
  • Active participation in day-to-day operations
  • Supervising daily cleaning tasks
  • Ensuring compliance with service guidelines for upscale half-board service
  • Close coordination with the kitchen and management
  • Sharing expertise on wine, food, service quality, and sales
  • Serving as a role model in demeanor, communication, and quality standards
