What You Should Bring to the Table
You don’t have to be loud, but you do need to be clear. You don’t have to do everything on your own, but you do need to involve your team effectively. We’re looking for someone with a natural demeanor who takes responsibility and combines quality service with genuine teamwork.
The following background would be a good fit:
- Completed vocational training as a restaurant specialist or comparable training
- Several years of professional experience in the upscale hotel or restaurant industry
- Experience in leading, guiding, or training employees and interns
- In-depth expertise in wine, cuisine, and high-end service culture
- Understanding of operations in upscale half-board settings

Your Responsibilities:
- Acting as an active host for our guests
- Managing restaurant operations and the entire service team
- Onboarding and ongoing training of employees and interns
- Creating work schedules in compliance with legal regulations
- Responsibility for the bar and beverage inventory
- Daily menu review with the team
- Active participation in day-to-day operations
- Supervising daily cleaning tasks
- Ensuring compliance with service guidelines for upscale half-board service
- Close coordination with the kitchen and management
- Sharing expertise on wine, food, service quality, and sales
- Serving as a role model in demeanor, communication, and quality standards
