Assistant Restaurant Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Restaurant Manager (m/f/d) to join our service team—someone who is passionate about hospitality and who, together with our Restaurant Manager, will ensure professional and seamless service.

Your Responsibilities:

• Assisting the restaurant manager with the organization and coordination of daily restaurant operations.
• Actively participating in half-board and à la carte service, as well as attending to our international guests.
• Ensuring professional and seamless service operations.
• Leading, training, and supporting the service team in day-to-day operations.
• Preparing and overseeing mise en place and ensuring a structured workflow.
• Serving as the point of contact for guests and staff regarding concerns and questions.
• Sharing responsibility for ensuring compliance with our quality, service, and hygiene standards.
• Acting as a substitute for the restaurant manager in her absence.
