Head Waiter (m/f/d)

We are looking for a dedicated and service-oriented Chef de Rang (m/f/d) to join our well-coordinated service team immediately or at a time to be agreed upon.

Your Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for your station: You will manage your service station independently and ensure that everything runs smoothly throughout the entire service.
• Warm and welcoming guest service: With your friendly and attentive manner, you create a pleasant atmosphere and contribute to a positive guest experience.
• Service in the half-board and à la carte areas: You will provide expert advice to our guests on food and beverage selections and ensure professional service.
• Preparation and organization: You’ll handle the mise en place for your work area and ensure that all processes are optimally prepared.
• Quality and Hygiene Standards: Adherence to our quality guidelines as well as applicable hygiene and HACCP standards is a given for you.
• Teamwork: You work closely with colleagues in the kitchen and front-of-house and contribute to a positive work environment through your dedication.
