To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced Head Pastry Chef (m/f/d) to lead our hotel’s entire pastry department.

Your responsibilities:
- Management and organization of the pastry kitchen
- Developing innovative dessert creations and products
- Helping to design and optimize menu and dessert concepts for our team of chefs
- Ensuring the highest standards of quality, presentation, and consistency
- Leading and motivating a high-performing team
Requirements
- Completed training or degree in pastry arts or culinary arts
- 3–5 years of professional experience in pastry
- Proven experience in luxury hotels and high-volume establishments
- In-depth knowledge of international desserts and trends
- Experience in purchasing and product procurement
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Language skills
