To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced Head Pastry Chef (m/f/d) to lead our hotel’s entire pastry department.

Requirements
Your role as an Entremetier focuses primarily on side dishes. Not only do your guests expect sophistication, creativity, and bursts of flavor—we do too. We expect you to have professional experience, attention to detail, professionalism, and a completed culinary training program. You are constantly interacting with people and food, so politeness, a neat appearance, and good hygiene are absolute must-haves. Motivation and flexibility, perseverance and composure, skill and precision are the foundations of this position.
