Mâitre d'Hotel/Restaurant Manager (m/f)

• Enjoy dealing with guests
• calm and professional management of a large team
• Fulfilling all guest wishes
• Creating table and service plans
• Service procedures of the highest standard and constant optimization of work processes
• Training and further education of your team
• correct booking of goods, management of guest accounting and control of the cash register system
• Careful and correct handling of the equipment and products provided
• Responsible for cleanliness and compliance with hygiene standards in the assigned work areas and storage facilities
