Your tasks

• Support for the restaurant management team
• Contribute to the management and development of a team of approx. 40 employees
• Independent management of individual shifts
• Active wine advice
• Looking after our discerning guests
• Assistance and support in service
• Conducting internal training courses
• Close communication and coordination with the other departments in the hotel

Your profile

• Sensitive team player
• Professional experience in this position or several years of professional experience as Chef de Rang
• Excellent wine knowledge
• Sales talent
• Professional appearance and behavior
• Good knowledge of English
