We are a family-run hotel in a prime location right next to the Hahnenkamm cable car and offer you the opportunity to gain exciting and instructive insights into the hotel industry - right in the heart of the premium destination of Kitzbühel.
Your tasks:
You can expect a varied internship with us, during which you will be comprehensively familiarized with the daily processes at reception:
- Warmly looking after and advising our hotel guests
- Professional implementation of check-in and check-out
- Processing guest correspondence
- Active sales of our offers
- Processing reservations
- Designing menus and the daily morning post
- Collaboration with other departments to ensure the smooth running of daily operations
- Sporadic support for the service team
Requirements
Do you enjoy working in a team and interacting with people? Perfect! These qualities and previous knowledge from your school education are ideal prerequisites. We would be particularly pleased if you have already gained some practical experience. Also important to us:
- Initial practical experience at reception or in service is an advantage
- A high level of commitment and willingness to learn as well as a structured way of working
- Interest in actively contributing to the team and taking on new tasks with enthusiasm
- Flexibility and a willingness to actively support our service team when required
- Availability for an internship of at least 10 weeks, ideally 12 weeks
- Good knowledge of English
