Description

Your responsibilities: 

  • Managing the reception team, including staff scheduling and shift planning
  • Providing personalized service to our guests from check-in to check-out, including reservations, billing, and guest communication
  • Ensuring compliance with our service standards at the reception desk 
  • Invoicing and accounts receivable management
  • Protel hotel software
  • Reservation processing from quote to deposit management with smart host
  • Prestay, Poststay
  • Supporting OTAs
  • Ensuring first-class, warm service—every detail counts
  • Room quality control and coordination with all hotel departments
  • Collaboration on optimizing workflows and processes—we value your ideas
  • Flexible scheduling, including weekends

Requirements

What we expect from you:

  • Either several years of experience at the reception of comparable hotels or already experience in the position of reception manager
  • Enjoyment of the job
  • Guest-oriented thinking
  • Good foreign language skills in English. Other foreign languages (especially French) an advantage
  • Positive charisma and a communicative personality
  • Ability to work under pressure and flexibility
  • Good knowledge of the common Office programs Word and Excel. Knowledge of PMS Protel an advantage.
