Description
Your responsibilities:
- Managing the reception team, including staff scheduling and shift planning
- Providing personalized service to our guests from check-in to check-out, including reservations, billing, and guest communication
- Ensuring compliance with our service standards at the reception desk
- Invoicing and accounts receivable management
- Protel hotel software
- Reservation processing from quote to deposit management with smart host
- Prestay, Poststay
- Supporting OTAs
- Ensuring first-class, warm service—every detail counts
- Room quality control and coordination with all hotel departments
- Collaboration on optimizing workflows and processes—we value your ideas
- Flexible scheduling, including weekends
Requirements
What we expect from you:
- Either several years of experience at the reception of comparable hotels or already experience in the position of reception manager
- Enjoyment of the job
- Guest-oriented thinking
- Good foreign language skills in English. Other foreign languages (especially French) an advantage
- Positive charisma and a communicative personality
- Ability to work under pressure and flexibility
- Good knowledge of the common Office programs Word and Excel. Knowledge of PMS Protel an advantage.
