Requirements
- Management of the entire reception team
- Ensuring smooth daily operations in the front office
- Guest reception and service
- Active cooperation from check-in to check-out
- Processing of complaints and evaluations
- Support and interface with all other departments of the house
- Employee scheduling and duty roster design
- Collaboration in reservation management and maintenance of the hotel software Protel
- Operational interface to hotel partners (marketing management online) and the marketing department
