Independent and autonomous management and control of the F&B department with an operational focus
Planning, organization and control of all measures and processes to ensure excellent guest service with consistent quality
Responsibility for the use of goods and maximizing sales in the entire F&B department
Management and motivation of employees
Duty roster and vacation planning
Operational supervision of events on site
Coordination of orders and deliveries
Responsible for stocktaking
Compliance with and monitoring of hygiene and quality regulations
Budget responsibility

Several years of professional experience in the operational management of events and in the management and control of an F&B department in the 4-5 star hotel industry
Experience in the same or a similar position in staff management
good understanding of figures
a high level of commitment and a strong sense of responsibility
a pronounced degree of reliability, flexibility, ability to work in a team and resilience in stressful situations
high guest and service orientation
