As an internal sales manager (m/f/d) with several years of professional experience in the hotel industry (ideally in seminar hotels), you can now help fill our hotel with life as a place of encounter. You will lay the foundation for seminars, conferences, and retreats to run smoothly in the inspiring Helenental valley and become unforgettable experiences for guests and teams alike.
Salary from €2,500 gross
Type of position: Full-time, permanent position (40 hours/5-day week)

Having your own vehicle is advantageous for reaching the place of work.
Requirements
Your responsibilities with us
- Management and development of a small team
- Internal sales of seminars, conferences, and groups, including administration (quotes, confirmations, summaries, detailed discussions)
- Preparation of weekly previews and communication in management meetings – interface to all departments
- Close cooperation with event management and representation in event sales
- Optimizing capacity utilization and sales, forecasting, and planning marketing measures together with our marketing agency
- Regular meetings with hotel management
- Collaboration with Seminargo (bookings, overflow, etc.)
- Representing the hotel at trade fairs and events
- Organization of supporting programs, technology, and other event logistics
- Experience with the Fidelio booking program is an advantage
Your profile
- Several years of experience in the hotel industry and/or event sales
- Enjoyment and experience in team leadership and employee development
- Structured approach to work, strong communication skills, and organizational talent
- Enthusiasm for seminars, events, and working in an inspiring environment
- Language skills: fluent written and spoken German, business fluent English
