Description
For our multi-award-winning pure nature.spa , we are looking for a Spa Manager | experienced beautician for a permanent position starting on February 25, 2026, who combines their passion for high-quality treatments with a sense of responsibility, quality awareness, and a holistic understanding of spa services.
In this position, you will primarily work actively as a beautician while also assuming technical and organizational responsibility for our spa area.
Requirements
Your responsibilities with us:
- Performing high-quality cosmetic facial and body treatments as well as professional manicure and pedicure treatments.
- Providing personal care and advice to our spa guests at a 5-star level
- Actively playing the role of host with sensitivity, presence, and warmth
- Ensuring the highest standards of treatment, hygiene, and service
- Organizing and coordinating daily spa operations
- Professional leadership, motivation, and further development of the spa team
Helping to shape and further develop the pure nature.spa as a holistic experience
What we expect from you:
- Completed training as a beautician
- Several years of experience in the upscale spa or wellness sector
- Ideally, experience with Pharmos Natur or high-quality natural cosmetics
- Enjoy actively treating clients while taking on responsibility
- Quality awareness, organizational skills, and natural warmth
- Passion for holistic well-being, tranquility, and mindfulness
- Very good German and English language skills
