You are the contact person for our hotel and ensure that everything runs smoothly in the wellness area. You are responsible for the entire organization in the SPA according to the standards of our hotel. Your daily tasks will also include looking after our sauna, relaxation and fitness area. Knowledge of the Babor and Kurland/ Haslauer product lines is desirable. Your tasks: Professional, cordial, correct contact with our guests Individual consultation and appointment planning Carrying out treatments according to the standards of our house ( cosmetics, manicure, pedicure, hair removal, plucking+ (cosmetics, manicure, pedicure, hair removal, plucking+ coloring, make-up, body treatments, soft pack treatments, classic massages) Sale of products and further treatments Supervision of the sauna, relaxation and fitness area Ensuring order and cleanliness/hygiene in the wellness area (cleaning of rooms+ workplaces) Training of employees Motivation of the team under your supervision Ordering goods in cooperation with the wellness management
