Assistant Wellness Manager (m/f) Esthetician with expertise in foot care / with expertise in massage (m/f/d)

You will serve as the point of contact for our hotel and ensure that everything runs smoothly in the wellness area. You will be responsible for the overall organization of the spa in accordance with our hotel’s standards. Your daily duties will also include overseeing our sauna, relaxation, and fitness areas. Knowledge of the Babor and Kurland/Haslauer product lines is desirable. Your responsibilities: Professional, warm, and courteous interaction with our guests; providing personalized consultations and scheduling appointments; performing treatments in accordance with our hotel’s standards (cosmetics, manicures, pedicures, hair removal, threading and coloring, makeup, body treatments, soft pack applications, classic massages) Selling products and additional treatments Supervising the sauna, relaxation, and fitness areas Ensuring order, cleanliness, and hygiene in the wellness area (cleaning of rooms and workstations) Training employees Motivating the team under your supervision Placing product orders in collaboration with wellness management
