Description
For our multi-award-winning Lürzerhof wellness hotel, we are looking for a passionate and experienced spa manager to join us starting this coming winter season —someone who will lead our spacious spa area with dedication, expertise, and organizational skills.
You know how to inspire a team, coordinate processes professionally, and provide our guests with an exceptional wellness experience. At the same time, you have solid qualifications in massage or cosmetology and pamper our guests yourself with your skills and personal touch.
Together with your team, you’ll create an atmosphere where our guests feel completely at ease—and ensure that every spa visit becomes an unforgettable wellness experience.
Requirements
- Completed training in cosmetology, massage, or spa and wellness management
- Several years of professional experience in the spa and wellness industry, ideally in a leadership role
- Leadership skills, organizational talent, and a strong sense of responsibility, as well as a passion for motivating and developing a team
- A warm, genuine, and professional demeanor toward our guests and colleagues
- A strong focus on quality and service, as well as a keen sense of current spa, wellness, and beauty trends
- Very good command of German; good command of English is a plus
- An independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
- A passion for wellness, hospitality, and personalized guest care
- Language skills
