For our multi-award-winning Lürzerhof wellness hotel, we are looking for a passionate and experienced spa manager who will lead our spacious spa area with dedication, expertise, and organizational skills —and who, thanks to her qualifications in massage or cosmetology, will also actively pamper our guests herself. Together with her team, she will ensure unforgettable moments of well-being.
Requirements
– Completed training in cosmetology, massage, or spa/wellness management– Several years of professional experience in the spa industry, ideally in a leadership role– Strong leadership skills, organizational talent, and a sense of responsibility– A warm and professional demeanor when interacting with guests and colleagues– A strong commitment to quality and an eye for current wellness and spa trends– Very good German language skills; English skills are a plus
