Your tasks:
- Supporting the head chef in the organization & management of the kitchen team
- Ensuring the highest quality standards in upscale cuisine
- Creative co-design of the menu & implementation of new ideas
- Monitoring the ordering of goods & warehousing
- Training & motivation of the kitchen crew
Requirements
Your profile:
- Completed training as a chef & experience in upscale gastronomy
- Creativity, organizational talent & passion for high-quality cuisine
- Ability to work in a team & leadership skills
- Quality awareness & stress resistance
- Language skills
German
B2 (good intermediate level)
