Description
For our Singer’s SPA at the Hotel Singer – Relais & Châteaux, we are looking for a warm and dedicated SPA Manager (m/f/d) who, with passion, organizational skills, and a love for working with people, will lead our SPA team and create special moments of well-being for our guests.
Tasks
- Management and organization of the entire spa area
- Leading, motivating, and coordinating the spa team
- Creating work schedules
- Ensuring smooth daily operations
- Providing personalized and warm service and advice to our international guests
- Coordinating and scheduling massages, beauty treatments, and wellness services
- Actively promoting treatments and skincare products
- Ensuring our high standards of quality, hygiene, and service
- Training and professional development of staff
- Monitoring the treatment rooms and the entire spa area
- Ordering supplies, monitoring inventory, and conducting inventory counts
- Working closely with the front desk, housekeeping, and hotel management
- Handling guest requests and responding professionally to feedback
- Helping to shape and further develop our spa offerings and fitness program
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in the wellness, cosmetology, or therapeutic field
- At least 2 years of professional experience in the spa or wellness sector
- Previous leadership experience in a comparable position is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently and take initiative
- A warm, well-groomed, and professional demeanor
- A strong hospitality mindset and a genuine enjoyment of interacting with guests and colleagues
- Ability to work well in a team, flexibility, and resilience
- Sense of responsibility and reliability
- Sales talent and an interest in high-quality spa and skincare products
- Very good German skills; good English and/or French skills are a plus
- Knowledge of the TAC reservation system is a plus
