First impressions count! You are the first point of contact for guests at our company. You communicate with guests via email and phone, and you’re the first person they interact with upon arrival. Through first-class guest service and communication, you lay the groundwork for ensuring guests have a perfect and unforgettable vacation. Through your own initiative, you contribute to optimal financial success and support the company’s and operational goals. Some of your responsibilities include: - Welcoming and seeing off guests - Checking guests in and out - Informing guests about hotel services - Using the Protel hotel management system, ReGuest, Word, Excel, and Outlook- Handling email and phone correspondence- Preparing cash register and daily closing reports- Managing massage appointments- Making table reservations for our à la carte restaurant- Issuing ski passes for our guests
