Team Leader Mitarbeiter Housekeeping (m/w/d)

As a team leader in housekeeping, you act as the interface between hotel management and the cleaning team. You are involved in operational activities and are also responsible for quality assurance and staff management. 

• You will assign cleaning staff to the different floors and allocate daily cleaning lists.
• Carrying out cleaning work in guest rooms and public areas.
• Conducting team meetings to discuss special guest requests or events.
• Coaching new employees and training the team in cleaning methods and decorative aspects of room design. 
• Regularly checking cleaned rooms and public areas to ensure hotel standards are met.
• Checking furniture and technology for defects and reporting repair orders to building services.
• Compliance with standards: Monitoring hygiene regulations and safety rules (e.g., occupational safety when handling chemicals). 
• Monitoring supplies (linen, guest amenities, cleaning products) and placing orders.
• Assisting with the creation of duty rosters and vacation schedules.
