Description
We are looking for a reliable and warm-hearted team member to join our housekeeping team at the Hotel Bergkristall—someone with an eye for detail who will ensure that our guests feel completely at home. You can expect a friendly work environment, modern work processes, and a varied range of responsibilities related to our guest rooms and the public areas of our hotel.
Tasks
Duties
- Cleaning and preparing our guest rooms
- Digital management of room cleaning using modern tablets
- Cleaning and maintenance of the indoor pool and sauna area
- Cleaning the hallways and public areas
- Cleaning and maintaining the restroom facilities
- Washing, drying, folding, and ironing hotel linens
- Restocking guest amenities and supplies
- Careful handling of linens, furnishings, and work equipment
- General housekeeping and cleaning tasks
Requirements

- A clean, meticulous, and independent work style
- Reliability and a sense of responsibility
- An eye for cleanliness and detail
- Friendly and well-groomed appearance
- Ability to work as part of a team and willingness to help
- Careful handling of our guests’ and the hotel’s property
- Willingness to work on weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of German sufficient for everyday communication at work
- Experience in housekeeping is a plus, but not required
- Enjoyment of working as part of a team to ensure our guests’ comfort
Language skills
German B1 (Intermediate)
Work permit
EU citizens are given priority (no permit required)
