Description
Start Date: Beginning November 16, 2026, for the 2026–27 winter season. Applicants must have several years of work experience in Austria and a good command of German.
Pets are not allowed in the hotel or in the accommodations.

Tasks
As an all-around staff member, you’ll provide vital support to various departments in our hotel. You’ll independently handle tasks in the dishwashing area, assist our housekeeping team, and help with general maintenance duties.
Your versatility, reliability, and flexibility play a key role in ensuring the hotel runs smoothly.
Requirements
Kitchen & Dishwashing
- Replacing the dishwasher on their days off, during breaks, and when there is a heavy workload
- Cleaning dishes, silverware, glasses, cookware, and kitchen utensils
- Operating and maintaining commercial dishwashers
- Ensuring cleanliness and order in the dishwashing area
- Assisting with general cleaning tasks in the kitchen
- Compliance with company hygiene and quality standards
Housekeeping – Assisting as a Room Attendant
- Assisting the housekeeping staff with daily room cleaning and cleaning of common areas
- Making and unmaking beds
- Transporting and distributing fresh linens, towels, and hotel linens
- Collecting and removing soiled linens
- Assisting with the cleaning of guest rooms and bathrooms
- Providing and restocking cleaning supplies and guest amenities
- Assisting with general cleaning and special cleaning tasks
- Transporting and rearranging extra beds and furniture
Facilities Management & Janitorial Duties
- Standing in for the building manager on his day off
- Assisting the building manager with daily inspection and cleaning tasks
- Keeping the underground parking garage, ski storage area, and general utility rooms clean
- Trash disposal, recycling, and keeping the trash room tidy
- Disposal of empty bottles and cans and transportation tasks
- Maintenance and cleaning of outdoor areas and access paths
- Assisting with winter maintenance (snow removal, salting, and clearing black ice)
- Performing simple handyman tasks and minor repairs after training
- Assistance with the care and maintenance of hotel inventory
- General errands and transportation tasks within the hotel
Requirements & Personal Qualities
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus, but not required
- Manual dexterity and a basic understanding of technical matters
- Physical stamina and a passion for hands-on work
- Ability to work independently, meticulously, and reliably
- Flexibility and willingness to work in different departments
- Ability to work well in a team and a willingness to help others
- Strong awareness of cleanliness and hygiene
- Basic knowledge of German or English to communicate within the team
- A friendly and professional demeanor toward our guests

Assignments are flexible, based on operational needs and in coordination with the respective department heads.
The specific division of labor is based on the work schedule, workload, and operational needs.

Employment & Salary
2000 € net / month
Salary: The minimum base salary for this position, as set by the collective bargaining agreement, is 2,000 euros net per month (6 days, 48 hours per week).
