Your tasks

Implementation of the recruiting process (onboarding/offboarding of employees)
Maintenance of the personnel platforms
Contact person for employees with any concerns
Interface between team leadership and management
Supporting the management and executive board
Processing of all personnel matters, employee projects and HR marketing

Your profile

Experience in the hotel industry
Training or equivalent work experience in human resources
Flawless written and spoken English
Initiative and independent work
