Requirements
- Completed training in the hospitality industry or professional experience in a comparable position (at the front desk, in the reservations department, or in marketing)
- Fluent verbal and written communication in German and English; knowledge of Italian is a plus
- A structured and meticulous approach to work
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong guest- and service-oriented mindset
- Confident demeanor, flexibility, and ability to work well in a team
- Enjoys interacting with people
