• Creating quotes and reservations
• Support for the Front Office Team
• Support for the maintenance of the PMS system (Protel) and the channel manager (Kognitiv)
• Assistance with in-house marketing initiatives and cross-departmental collaboration on various sales activities
• Proper data maintenance 

THIS WILL HELP YOU SCORE WELL ON THE EXAM…

• National or international experience in the vacation hotel industry
• Strong sales and organizational skills, as well as a customer- and service-oriented approach
• Proficiency in using Protel hotel software and all OTA portals and platforms
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent written and spokenEnglish and German
