A vacation often begins with that first point of contact—and that’s exactly where you come in.

As a reservations agent, you’ll be one of the first points of contact for our guests. You’ll provide personalized advice, find the right vacation package, and guide our guests from their initial inquiry through to a confirmed booking.

With your knack for connecting with people, your warm personality, and your sales talent, you turn inquiries into genuine excitement about vacationing with us.

Your responsibilities:

• Personal, telephone, and written consultations for our guests
• Processing of individual vacation requests and reservations
• Active marketing of our rooms, packages, and additional services
• Handling existing reservations and guest requests
• Maintenance of Guest and Reservation Data

What you'll bring to the table:

• Enjoys interacting with guests and providing personalized advice
• Strong communication skills, sales talent, and an intuitive understanding of our guests' needs
• An independent, organized, and reliable work style
• Organizational skills and team spirit
• Excellent German language skills and good English language skills
• Safe Use of Computers and Digital Communication Tools
• Ideally, experience in the hospitality industry, reservations, or sales
• Willingness to work weekends and late shifts until 10:00 p.m.
