The kitchen is your domain—and that’s exactly where you come in . As a sous chef, you’ll serve as the head chef’s right-hand person and, together with the team, ensure that kitchen operations run smoothly, creatively, and to the highest standards. You’ll work in a young, motivated environment and help create culinary experiences—from daily service to special weddings and events.
Your responsibilities:
- Assisting the head chef with the day-to-day and organizational management of the kitchen
- Responsibility for ensuring that everything runs smoothly throughout the kitchen area
- Helping to shape and ensure consistently high food quality
- Guidance, support, and motivation for the kitchen team in their daily work
- Mise en place and active participation in all kitchen stations
- Compliance with and monitoring of all hygiene and quality standards in accordance with HACCP
- Shared responsibility for order, cleanliness, and a well-organized kitchen workflow
What you'll bring to the table:
- Completed culinary training and professional experience in a comparable position or as a chef de partie, looking to take the next step in your career
- A passion for high-quality cuisine, meticulous craftsmanship, and creative presentation
