As a reservations agent (m/f/d) at the Salzburger Hof Leogang, you guide our guests right from this very moment. You listen, read between the lines, and sense what someone is looking for—peace and quiet, adventure, time for themselves, or shared memories. You turn inquiries into stays and bookings into anticipation.
You work in a structured manner, keep track of everything even during busy moments, and take joy in seeing everything come together. At the same time, you’re in close communication with the front desk, the service team, and the marketing department—because true hospitality is always a team effort.
Requirements
What matters to us? Personality. A friendly demeanor, reliability, and the sense that people can count on you. Experience in reservations is a plus, but not a requirement—what’s far more important is your ability to connect with people. We require excellent German and English skills.
