You’re the friendly face that greets our guests first and makes them feel right at home. At the front desk, you’re the main point of contact—you handle check-in and check-out, answer questions, take reservations on-site, and ensure that everything runs smoothly at the front desk. You keep a cool head even in challenging situations and always find a solution.
Requirements
Your strong communication skills and organizational talent will help you coordinate both guest requests and internal processes effectively . You’ll work closely with the various departments in the hotel to ensure a thoroughly enjoyable guest experience.
