As a night porter, you are responsible for fulfilling guests’ requests and needs. You answer phone calls to address and manage inquiries. In addition, you are responsible for controlling access to the facility. During the night, you conduct security patrols and monitor the property. You also ensure that the hotel’s safety-related systems are functioning properly.
