THIS WILL HELP YOU SCORE WELL ON THE EXAM…

• A completed, specialized training program and, ideally, professional experience as a pastry chef in fine dining
• In-depth expertise and a strong commitment to quality
• A strong sense of responsibility and excellent organizational skills
• Acommitted and independent approach to work
• High flexibility and durability
• You speak German fluently and/or have a good command of English
