Your responsibilities:
- Independent preparation and presentation of high-quality desserts, tartlets, chocolates, ice cream creations, and pastries
- Preparation of mise en place
- Cost-conscious use and timely ordering of all materials used
- Careful and proper storage and use of raw materials and products
- Mise en place and ensuring smooth operations in the pastry department
- Close collaboration with the entire kitchen and service team
- Compliance with quality and hygiene standards (HACCP)
- Assistance with banquets, events, afternoon teas, and à la carte service
- Language skills
