Description
We are expanding our successful team and are looking to hire, starting in the winter of 2026:
Tasks
- Independent preparation and presentation of high-quality desserts, tartlets, chocolates, ice cream creations, and pastries
- Preparation of mise en place
- Cost-conscious use and timely ordering of all materials used
- Careful and proper storage and use of raw materials and products
- Mise en place and ensuring smooth operations in the pastry section
- Close collaboration with the entire kitchen and service team
- Compliance with quality and hygiene standards (HACCP)
- Assisting with banquets, events, afternoon teas, and à la carte service
Requirements
- Experience in the upscale hospitality industry is preferred
- Culinary training
- Several years of experience in a comparable position
- Ability to handle pressure and flexibility
- Creativity
- Well-groomed appearance
- Enjoy working with people
- Ability to work well in a team
Experience
1 Jahr Work experience
Language skills
English B1 (Intermediate)
German B2 (good intermediate level)
Work permit
Must have a work permit (or be an EU citizen)
