Description
As the head chef’s representative, you coordinate operations in the kitchen and are responsible for administrative tasks and all kitchen procedures. You share your knowledge with your team members. You work closely with all departments of the hotel to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
Requirements
- Completed training as a chef
- Solid technical knowledge and excellent knowledge of food
- Several years of professional experience in a similar position
