Description
As the head chef’s representative, you coordinate operations in the kitchen and are responsible for administrative tasks and all kitchen procedures. You share your knowledge with your team members. You work closely with all departments of the hotel to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
Requirements
- Completed training as a chef
- Solid technical knowledge and excellent knowledge of food
- Several years of professional experience in a similar position
- Creativity and the ability to work well with others
- Motivation and enjoyment of the work
- Diligence and a strong sense of responsibility
- Punctuality, honesty, and flexibility
- Willingness to learn and develop
- Ability to handle stress
- Promoting a positive work environment
Experience
2 Jahre Work experience
2 Jahre Leadership experience
Language skills
German C2 (excellent knowledge)
Work permit
Must have a work permit (or be an EU citizen)

Employment & Salary
2800 € net / month
Compensation in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement, with a willingness to pay above the standard rate depending on qualifications and experience
